The Wapello County 911 Service Board is seeking proposals from qualified, vendor-neutral consultants to provide planning, scoping, and procurement consulting services for the Wapello County Public Safety Communications Infrastructure Project, including land mobile radio (P25 Phase 2, 700/800 MHz), dispatch and paging systems, and related interoperability planning.
